Account balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
Fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate permanent account suspension.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order amount will be credited back to your account balance.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination.
Orders for private, restricted, or incorrectly linked accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Do not place duplicate orders on the same link until the current order is fully completed.
Placing multiple simultaneous orders on the same link may result in order failure without refund.
Do not change your username, profile link, or account privacy settings while an order is processing.
Orders cannot be cancelled after submission.
Delivery times shown are estimates only — actual delivery may be faster or slower.
Bot-based services (followers, likes, etc.) may decrease over time. This is normal and not grounds for a refund unless a refill guarantee is explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for any account penalties, bans, or restrictions imposed by social media platforms.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, engagement rates, or revenue from our services.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform (email, order history, balance).
Payment transactions are processed on-chain via Cryptomus; we do not store credit card information.
We may share data with authorities if required by law.
To request account deletion, contact support.

10. Modifications
